What’s the price?

Monthly membership is £60.00 per calander month, there's no joining fee or contract. You can purchase a membership on the programme by clicking the ‘join now’ button and your first payment will gurantee you a place for a month. We will then set up your membership to be paid monthly via a standing order. You can cancel your membership at anytime without a fee. No refunds will be given and If you miss a session that is your loss. 

Am I fit enough for the workouts?
Shredders is full of different ages, sizes and abilities so I ensure that I design the workouts to suit all fitness abilities. There is no competition to keep up with other members during the workout, the only competition we have is when we play our fun group warm up games. If you can't manage the main exercise I always give a regression exercise to make sure you do not need to stop.

What type of training is involved?
Most training sessions involve high intensity interval training (HIIT), weight training and circuits. Most of the exercises are time based and not rep based so you can complete as many reps or work as hard as you're able to for as long as you can during the time limit.

Will I build muscle if I weight train?
You will not build muscle like a bodybuilder but you will be leaner. Weight training tones your muscles and increase your metabolism which means you will burn more calories and lose fat quickly, improving your body composition and aesthetics.

How long is the membership?
The length of your membership is up to the individual, you can stay a member for as long you want to. Memberships are to be paid monthly via a standing order and there is no joining fee or contract.

Is Shredders mixed gender and what is the minimum age?
Yes the program is for men and women and everyone is welcomed into the group. You have to be 16 to join.

How long will it take to achieve my goal?
Everyone is different and everyone will achieve their goal at different times. Like I always say to our members you get out of it what you put in to it. The harder you work the quicker you will achieve your dream body.

Why are sessions 1 hour long?
Sessions are 1 hour long so that we can complete a thorough warm up and cool down, from experience I have found that not enough people warm up or cool down correctly. This is vital part of a session to prevent injury.

Should I eat before a session?
Everyone is different so you need to find out what works out for you. I wouldn't recommend eating a large meal within 1 1/2 hours before a session and I wouldn't want you to train with a depleted energy store so a small energy boosting snack might be ideal to get you through the session.

Should I take supplements?
No, we don't need pills or powders to get results and you don't need to diet. You simply need to consume wholesome foods and eat healthily.
