I am so proud of these members, everyone’s fitness transformation story is different as we all have different lifestyles, commitments and abilities but they all have one thing in common - RESULTS. 

I wish I could have done this a long time ago

"I wish I could have done this a long time ago, I have never really had the determination and always given up 2 weeks in, but as this is in a group, I feel more determined and motivated and I have really enjoyed the training. The group are all really friendly and we've helped each other along the way! "

I would have been so disheartened on my own

"For me the biggest and best change since joining Shredders has been my mind-set, I know now that it’s not how much I weigh but more how I feel and look in my clothes. After weeks of eating well and exercising, but staying near the same on the scales, I would have been so disheartened on my own (and probably been straight down to the chippy to eat my feelings!), but following Mark’s advice to take before/after pictures and do body measurements I was actually able to see a huge difference in how toned I had become! I’m so pleased with my progress so far and can’t wait to compare my before and after pictures again next month!"

I feel great again after losing so much weight

"A big thanks to Mark at Goodfellas Fitness for the kick up the back side and getting me back into training. I took up running alongside Shredders and I feel great again after losing so much weight in such a short period of time. I have had a really fun time with all the group it’s made exercising fun again and I look forward to the workouts"

I was struggling to reach my target

"I was struggling to reach my target although I'd already made some progress but I hit a plateau. Mark gave me a new workout plan and made some new food suggestions which was really helpful. Thanks to his help I managed to not only hit my target but my fitness levels increased quicker than ever due to the HIIT training and weights program I was missing previously. Thanks Mark!"

I had achieved something that I could never do on my own

"Going to the gym puts me off and I can never really push my self, so when Shredders came along I jumped at the chance to join. The drive and determination I was given by Mark and the rest of the group helped my to push my self and achieve my first goal in losing a stone in 28 days. I feel better and have more energy through my working day, the nutritional advice helped a lot especially at the weekends. After every session I felt that I had achieved something that I could never do on my own and that I also gained friends and support from people who were in my position. "

"The reason why I joined Shredders was because I needed to make some life style changes. Before, I didn't really care about what I ate, and hadn't exercised since school. I was very nervous to start, but after some reassurance from Mark I decided to give it a go and I'm so happy I did. I've really enjoyed all off the classes, meeting new people and changing my diet. "Fern started the new year determined to make a change and she certainly has. After a chat tonight she told me she’s been out to buy new training gear because her old clothing is too big for her now. She was willing to get two buses in the horrible wind and rain just to get to the class. When she first turned up she was very quiet, not surprising for such a young girl to join a big group of people she didn’t know but she stuck at it and it’s great to see her confidence improving weekly. Well done Fern, I’m proud of you and I think the rest of the Shredders group are too."

Training with the group has given me the motivation

Training with the group has given me the motivation to work hard in the classes and it's great to get regular information on the Facebook group with meal ideas and training videos. I really enjoy exercising unlike before

"I joined shredders as I wanted to lose my baby weight from having a baby 3 months ago, since joining shredders I really enjoy exercising unlike before I actually look forward to the classes. Mark has been really supportive with the classes and really encouraging within the food and nutrition plan. Overall since I started shredders 28 days ago I have lost 10 inches which I am really proud about and I can't wait to carry on with Shredders”. Georgia achieved her goal in just 28 days!
