The best and quickest way to lose body fat is to combine high intensity interval training (HIIT) with weights and circuit training. Long gone are the days where people think they need to spend hours on CV machines.

HIIT is where you give one hundred percent effort during an intense burst of exercise, followed by short recovery period. This type of training raises your heart rate quickly and keeps it high to burn more fat in less time. HIIT speeds up your metabolic rate and leaves you burning fat for upto 48 hours post workout.

Weight training tones your muscles and increases your metabolism. This means you will burn more calories and lose fat quickly improving your body composition and aesthetics. We don't use weights like a bodybuilder we use them to create lean fat burning machines.

Don't worry if you haven't lifted weights before I always demonstrate the exercise to the group before we start and I always make sure your lifting with the correct technique.

I expect everyone to work as hard as they can and I will push you if i think I can squeeze a little bit more effort out of you. Don't worry I don't use a military style approach I simply encourage and believe in you.
